Neighborhood Polygon Workshop

An isolated sandbox — edits here do not touch the live neighborhood guides or directories until exported and applied. Drag vertices to reshape, use the toolbar (top-left) to draw a new polygon for the 0 neighborhoods without one, then Export GeoJSON (it copies to your clipboard and downloads a file) and hand it back to apply to the records.
