## Who we are CNXlocal is Kris and Lily's Chiang Mai guide and relocation service at [cnxlocal.com](https://cnxlocal.com/). Updated 8 September 2026. ## Information you give us When you contact us, we receive your name, email address and message. If you buy a service, we receive the checkout details needed to confirm your order and help you: your contact details, the product, payment status and order reference. Home-finding customers can also send a household brief with their dates, budget, preferences and questions. Please share only what we need to help you. We use this information to reply, arrange your service, deliver purchases and handle support or refunds. Messages and service briefs are sent to the CNXlocal team by email. Order and email-delivery records help us avoid duplicate messages and investigate delivery problems. If you sign up for a newsletter or an emailed download, we record your email address and the signup source. Signup records may also include your IP address, browser information and the time of the request to help manage the list and prevent abuse. You can ask us to remove your subscription by emailing us. ## Payments and appointments [Stripe](https://stripe.com/privacy) processes checkout and card details. CNXlocal's website does not collect or store your full card number. Stripe provides us with order information so we can fulfil your purchase. We use [Calendly](https://calendly.com/privacy) to arrange consultation appointments. Information you enter there is also handled by Calendly. Calls may use Google Meet; the appointment invitation gives you the details. ## Website operation and analytics [Cloudflare](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/) hosts the site, stores application records, sends service emails and helps protect forms with Turnstile. Technical information such as IP addresses and browser details is used for delivery, security and rate limiting. We use [Google Analytics](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and [Microsoft Clarity](https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement) to understand visits and improve the site. These services can use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about pages viewed, device and browser details, and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings. Purchase events may include the product, order reference and value so we can understand whether the site leads to sales. Some tools remember your choices in your browser. You can clear cookies and site storage through your browser settings; doing so may reset saved choices. Browser privacy controls or blockers can also limit analytics. ## Maps, videos and other embedded services Pages may load maps, videos, reviews or booking widgets from services such as Google, Mapbox, YouTube, Famewall and Calendly. Those services receive technical information when their content loads and may use their own cookies. Social-sharing links take you to the service you choose. Their privacy policies apply to your use of those services. ## Keeping and removing information Enquiries, subscriptions and order records remain in our email or application systems until they are removed; we do not currently run an automatic deletion schedule for all records. We may need to retain payment and service records for accounting, resolving a problem or other required recordkeeping. To ask what information we hold about you, correct it, unsubscribe or request deletion, email [hi@cnxlocal.com](mailto:hi@cnxlocal.com) from the address you used with us. We may need to confirm your identity before sharing or changing a record. We will explain if there is information we need to keep. Our service providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Thailand. We will update this page when the way we handle information changes.
