Nam Phrae

We give Nam Phrae its own pin because locally it reads as its own place — further south of the main Hang Dong expat cluster (about 30 minutes out), reached via the Chiang Mai–Hot Road toward Doi Inthanon. It lives high-end and rural: large, often luxurious homes on expansive plots, many with mountain views and resort-like amenities, threaded between small farms and orchards. Masterpiece Scenery Hill is the area’s signature mooban — a premium gated community with pool, fitness center, sauna, and 24-hour security, set against a dramatic mountain backdrop. Genteel and green, with minimal traffic and a growing crop of farm cafes — major shopping and Panyaden International School are a short drive back toward Hang Dong.
