## Using CNXlocal CNXlocal is Kris and Lily's Chiang Mai guide and relocation service. These terms describe our guides, digital products and personal services. Questions or problems? Updated 8 September 2026. ## Guides and local information Our articles, directories and tools help you research Chiang Mai. They include personal experience and estimates. Prices, opening hours, availability and official requirements can change, so check important details with the venue, provider or relevant authority before making a commitment. Calculators and quizzes are planning aids, not official eligibility decisions. ## Buying a product or service The relevant sales page explains what is included, and Stripe checkout shows the price and currency before you pay. Keep your confirmation email so we can find your order if you need help. - [Relocation Consultation](/chiang-mai-relocation-consultation/) includes a 60-minute call, a written follow-up and the Map Pack. - [Home Finding](/chiang-mai-home-finding/) includes one requirements call, local research around one agreed brief and service area, grouped shortlist follow-ups, one decision call after the visits, up to three approved video walkthroughs, document guidance, and practical furnishing advice. You do not need to buy a separate relocation consultation first. Payment comes before the requirements call and search work. - [Map Pack](/map-pack-offer/) is a one-time purchase of the collection described on its sales page. Access instructions are emailed after payment. If they do not arrive, contact us and we will help. Rent, deposits, furniture and other third-party purchases are separate from our service fee. You pay the owner, agent or supplier directly. Decisions about a home and its rental agreement remain yours; our visits provide practical observations rather than a specialist property inspection. ## Changes and refunds We want this to be straightforward and fair. Accidental purchases and cancellations are refundable before substantial work starts. If you are unsure whether a full home search is right for you, start with the one-hour relocation consultation first. After payment, the included requirements call establishes whether your home-finding brief is realistic for Chiang Mai. The service helps you research and assess options against one agreed brief during a 30-day active search window. Once Lily has begun substantial research or visits, the home-finding service fee is no longer refundable. Please keep us up to date and respond to questions so we can help. The relocation consultation also carries the satisfaction promise on its sales page: if it was not helpful, tell us and we will refund it. For a Map Pack access problem or a purchase you regret, contact us and we will help put it right. ## Sharing and third-party services You are welcome to share links to our pages. Please ask before republishing full articles or using our photos elsewhere. External websites, payment services and booking providers have their own terms.
